The data for the above chart. Buoyweather.com has the current wind speeds and wave condition's of the Karachi Coast. The wind speeds and sea conditions are pretty accurate for Karachi even though the free data is only available a bit far off shore.

It is a different matter that the local waters around Karachi are so polluted that it's not safe to come into skin contact, let alone ingest it.
